The LARA VE Team are a dedicated team of experienced amateur radio operators, each holding an FCC license at either the General or Extra class level. Our members bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise, ensuring that every testing session is conducted with professionalism and in full compliance with FCC guidelines.

Expert-Led Testing Sessions

For every test session, our process is overseen by a minimum of three qualified examiners. This rigorous standard guarantees that each exam is administered fairly and accurately, providing you with a reliable pathway to achieve or upgrade your license.

Test with LARA

Testing sessions begin before the LARA Monthly Meeting at the Clubhouse, every third Saturday (other than December which is the second Saturday), at 8:00 AM. This scheduling makes it easier for you to attend our sessions and then seamlessly transition into the club meeting. By aligning our testing with the LARA Monthly Meeting, you gain the opportunity to interact with a network of seasoned operators and fellow radio hobbyists, share insights, and join our club.

Whether you are new to the world of amateur radio or looking to advance your existing qualifications, our experienced examiners are here to guide you every step of the way. We strive to make the testing process as smooth and informative as possible, helping you to reach your goals and fully engage with the vibrant amateur radio community.
