LARA enjoyed yet another day of POTA at Lake Griffin State Park. Dean KM4QMB was our grill master cooking up hotdogs and Jeff KC4YAO brought his delicious hot dog sauce! Glenn AA4UC provided bandpass filters for everyone so we were able to operate multiple stations without interfering with each other. Unfortunately we yet again struggled with a S6-S9 noise floor causing it to be very difficult to make contacts. Roger KV4I and Det N4ILB were the heroes of the POTA, breaking through the QRM to get us 16 contacts to make sure we activated. We will be looking for a new location for our next outing.
